Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for handling full set of books, financial reporting and office daily operation 
- Prepare voucher and related data input 
- Execute Group Filing & Petty Cash System
- Assist the ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-Tertiary educated, with Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent or student member of Accounting Professional body 
- LCC level 3 or above 
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably in the field of Property / Shopping Mall Management; 
- Good knowledge in Word & Excel is a must, with experience in Flex Account is preferred 
- Mature, initiative, self-motivated, organized, attention to details 
- Good command of both English and Chinese

Administration Assistant - Leasing Team

Responsibilities:

- Prepare management reports, meeting agenda / minutes and other correspondences
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist in the co-ordination between HK and PRC leasing teams
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

- F.7 or Diploma holder preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in office administration, perferably from property management industry
- Self-motivated, organized, attention to details and service oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking would be an advantage
- Good computer knowledge is essential
- Immediate available is a MUST

Assistant Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

- Report to Legal Counsel and provide legal services to the K11 Group 
- Prepare and review agreements and other legal documents 
- Provide legal advice and legal education to other colleagues 
- Handle disputes and litigations 
- Manage external lawyers and other legal service providers (e.g. trade mark agents) 
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Legal Counsel from time to time

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Law or any related disciplines 
- Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor or Barrister 
- At least 3 years of in-house or law firm working experience 
- Previous exposure in the Mainland China is preferred, but not a must 
- Good legal drafting skills 
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) 
- Good problem solving skills 
- Good understanding of PRC law 
- Opened-minded and willing to listen 
- Eager to learn

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

- Able and willing to stand for long periods of time
- To provide high quality customer services in the mall
- To handle customers' enquiries

Requirements:

- Certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline is preferable;
- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Property/Hotel Management field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking would be an advantage;
- Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with parties of different cultural background;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Service Officer

Customer Services Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Open the door and usher the guests
- As a greeter to welcome the guests
- Understand the mall well and provide guidance to customers
- Answering simple enquiry from guests
- Perform duties related to the operations of shopping mall and provide any other necessary supports

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with 1-2 years working experience, working in customer service industry is an advantage
- Good team player with strong initiative and team spirit
- Customer-oriented, friendly, helpful, able to work under pressure and independently
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, basic knowledge in spoken English and Mandarin. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Able and willing to stand for long periods of time

Senior Officer, Human Resources (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with focus on recruitment & selection 
- Compile and prepare reports on regular basis for management review 
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide professional advice and support in the areas of manpower planning and development 
- Assist to HR projects and ah-hoc assignments

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
- Minimum 5 years solid Human Resource experience in generalist role, preferably in retailing / property management industry 
- Skillful in identifying and understanding the recruitment requirements of different departments of the company 
- Well-versed with the labour laws 
- Good organization and communication skills

System Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure 
- WAN/LAN/VPN administration, configuration and troubleshooting 
- Lead the support team for system administration and on-going IT related support to users of all levels 
- Prepare system documentation 
- Travel to PRC may be required

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent 
- Minimum 5 years working experience, of which 3 years in a supervisor level 
- Minimum 3 years solid Network and System Administration experience in a medium scale data center environment; 
- Solid experience in network infrastructure implementation, design and security control 
- Experience in Web hosting, Linux Environment, maintenance and website administration under Linux platform 
- Practical and hands on knowledge in Windows Server AD, Cisco IOS, Netscreen and VPN 
- Holder of MCSE/MCSA/CCNA/CCDA/CCNP will be an advantage 
- Self-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills 
- Previous working experience in retail industry is preferred 
- Immediate available is preferred
