Terms and Conditions

1. Klub 11 Gold members can enjoy one extra hour of free parking by presenting his or her Klub11 Membership Card.
2. We only accept original receipts issued by merchants in K11 Art Mall on the day of parking. We do not accept any photocopies. We may reject any receipts that we suspect are invalid, forged or not issued for genuine spending at K11 Art Mall.
3. Receipts issued for the following transactions cannot be used to qualify for this offer:
   1. purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons , stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
   2. adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
   3. installment, partial, deposit, or advance payments;
   4. any spending at Hyatt Regency Hotel;
   5. charity donations;
   6. purchase of any membership;
   7. any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and
   8. any payment through vouchers, gift cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards provided by K11 or any merchant in K11 Art Mall.
4. We will put a stamp on each of the receipts used to qualify for this offer. Such receipts cannot be re-used to qualify for this offer.

6. K11 Concepts Limited entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. K11 Concepts Limited reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
8. The power to interpret these terms and conditions is vested in K11 Concepts Limited. In case of any disputes, the decision of K11 Concepts Limited shall be final and binding on parties concerned.
