- Online Shopping Reservation Service
The "K11 Online Shopping Reservation Service" is a service provided by K11 Concepts Limited to enable users of the K11 website (www.k11concepts.com) to reserve, through the K11 website, certain goods being offered by certain merchants at K11 Art Mall. - E-mail Confirmation
If a user successfully makes a reservation of any goods through the K11 website, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the user. The confirmation e-mail will constitute a non-legally binding commitment of the relevant merchant to reserve the relevant goods for the user for two days after the date of the e-mail. The user is expected to go to the relevant merchant's outlet at K11 Art Mall to purchase the goods within two days after the date of the e-mail and to present the e-mail to the staff of the relevant merchant before making the purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, the user has no legal obligation to purchase the goods even if the user has reserved the goods through the K11 website. - Information For Reference Only
All information (including photos, descriptions and prices) of the goods displayed on the Online Shopping pages of the K11 website is for reference only. The information may be inaccurate or misleading. It does not constitute any warranties or representation in relation to the goods by the relevant merchants or K11 Concepts Limited. The user is advised not to rely on the information in making any purchase decisions. The user hereby waives all his or her rights or remedies against relevant merchants or K11 Concepts Limited in relation to the information provided on the K11 website. - Disclaimer
The goods are to be sold by the relevant merchants to the user of the K11 website directly. K11 Concepts Limited does not accept any liability in relation to the goods. The user is advised to contact the relevant merchants directly if he or she has any complaint about the goods. - Personal Data
5.1 All personal data submitted by the user may be used for the following purposes:
(a) the operation of the K11 Online Shopping Reservation Service;
(b) delivering marketing and promotion information to the users (unless opted out by the user).
5.2 The user's personal data will be shared with the relevant merchants.
5.3 The user is entitled to all his or her rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) - Availability Not Guaranteed
K11 Concepts Limited and the merchants do not guarantee that any goods reserved by the user will be available to the user even if the user has made a reservation successfully. - Power to Amend
K11 Concepts Limited is entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. - Power to Interpret
The power to interpret these terms and conditions is vested in K11 Concepts Limited. In case of disputes, the decision of K11 Concepts Limited shall be final and binding on parties concerned. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administration Region ("HKSAR"). - Exclusive Jurisdiction
The courts of HKSAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. - English Version Prevails
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
